Your video receipt only shows the moment of purchase, if you review the vod starting at 23:31 I showed the entire card out of top loader and sleeve front and back. That card was beautiful, but if i missed something I am not perfect and you may feel free to send pictures and we can figure out a solution. I do not see a dent or a scratch in the video where I show the raw card from multiple angles. perhaps you have confused this purchase with another? my DMs are open.
