Reviews (436)The sweat pants definitely run small, it also took 26 days to be delivered!! Items were nice justas described. Shipping was snail 🐌 slow took 25 days to receive 2 small items. Item on my end showed label created, never showed tracking tell it showed up in my mail box. Ordered on July 3rd into the 4th waited and waited on tracking never got that it was even dropped off at the post office so on the 14th I messaged them never got anything back. So a few days later I just put in for a refund and then a day or two after it finally gets dropped off at the post office. I just wish communication was better. The items were as described, however shipping took a nearly 20 days for me to receive my items. The customer service was absolutely terrible, I reached out 3 times asking over the course of 2 weeks asking for them to check on the shipping on their end and to this day I have not received a single response of any kind except they did send another show to me. I’m not one to be upset about the shipping, all I ask is to check on it and keep me in the loop. Because as I expected it said pending pick up until the day the items were delivered to my door, which I understand it was a USPS error. I will personally never shop with them again, solely based on if there is an issue I don’t trust that they would communicate or help in any way. received in a timely manner. I know the items were used, but I would like clothes to not come covered in what looked like animal hair. Obviously, I would need to wash before wearing any clothes that are bought, but presentation of item could've been better without it. Got all my items for a pretty fair price. Thanks!
