Great card, but NOT in "near mint or better" condition as listed. scratches on the face and small scuffs on the holo. otherwise a wonderful card, but not mint.According to PSA, Near Mint is a grade 7 and can contain surface wear/scratches, slight fraying on some corners, picture focus may be slightly out-of register, minor printing blemish, wax staining is acceptable on the back of the card only, and most of the original gloss is retained.
