Originally told me they would send me the correct size and then never responded to me again. Had to ask what not for a refund unfortunately. I was very pleased with the ones that I actually ordered. This box is beaten and broken on top of the fact I didn’t order 2 of the same shoe I wouldn’t until I had seen the speed in which they sale. I’ve reached out to the seller but no response as if they are saying they got there money my issue isn’t there problem I don’t see how 2 different people sold me the same shoe with the same order number I’m beyond unhappy. I’d rather lose my money a different way than people being slick and taking it will not purchase from her ever again!!!! mazino shoes run at least one size small My son loves the shoe, going to wear on his birthday 1/7 My son love the shoes. will buy another shoe Host does not take requests, I bought this to get their attention but failed to ask for what I wanted and ended up getting these items I did not want.
