However, the original shipment was not handled well. A Lamar Jackson jumbo that I purchased was not included, and several cards arrived damaged because they were loosely packed in magnetic holders. I had to go through Whatnot customer service to get the issue addressed, and the seller blocked me during the process. The replacement package eventually arrived, but the overall experience was unnecessarily difficult.
