Hi Chris - I am so sorry that your items did not make it safely through the three week journey to Western Australia! I always pack and wrap ceramic and glass items very well. I believe all your items were made of resin or wood and also packaged well and all voids in the box well filled. I am surprised they did not survive!! I don’t know how the box was mishandled during its international voyage to have caused damaged to items. Please send photos and if you would like a refund of purchased items please submit a claim to WN Wow, everything was gorgeous. I wish I had ordered more, but the shipping was high.joansvintagetreasuresSeller
