I remained professional and tried to help as much as possible, despite being threatened with being reported to Whatnot. I also made sure she received full refunds. I don’t feel a 1-star review is fair considering I took responsibility and did everything I could to make the situation right. Love her! She had the best brands and so kinds! I wrote seller hoping they could just make it right, but it’s been 2 days with no response so I did reach out to whatnot for a refund. Wouldn’t suggest you buy from seller to resell. What a score!
