Such a great replacement wallet. 2 of the 3 bags were great!The small Coach, that I paid the most for, had a rotten call out that U didn’t show.Looks like a whole punch was used on the strap which was folded & U didn’t show.Not sure why anyone would punch big holes on that side of the strap? I guess I’m gonna see a leather repair shop to have that part cut off & re-attached, which will cost me about $25! I know I wouldn’t have bought this bag for $100.I loved you & the whole experience, but this was a bummer!Not sure why U left this out? The other bags were perfect!Maybe can U give me a credit for the repair?I will message U a pic since there is no photo option here under feedback.
