I am so sorry about that you can submit a request for a refund and the card was shipped in an envelope because you paid for envelope shipping but it should not have been damaged I apologize. Haven’t received my cards yet I’m sorry you haven’t received your cards, I don’t think it’s a mistake on my part but does it say it’s arrived or something?
