Received item before expected! 😞 Josie, unfortunately the basket bowl’s handle arrived broken completely off today. The smaller item, the green shoe was fine.
The box was extremely crushed before we opened the package to find the broken item.
I took photos of both the basket and the box showing the damage.
At this point I am requesting a refund of the $18 purchase in addition to the tax and shipping costs.

I’m disappointed this review was left before you ever contacted me or gave me the opportunity to make things right. Your review itself states that the shipping box arrived crushed, which was obviously outside of my control. As soon as I learned there was a problem, I offered to make it right, including offering a full refund. I will always stand behind my sales, but leaving a 1.8-star review over carrier damage before even reaching out to the seller is incredibly unfair and does not accurately reflect the service I provided. I always love shopping with you!
