Hey! We just messaged you and would genuinely like to help. We wish you had reached out before leaving a 1-star review so we could investigate the USPS issue and try to make it right. We’ve shipped over 3,700 items in the past month, and when customers have had USPS delivery issues, we’ve even created private shows to send them extra cards for themselves or their children just to make sure they received something. Your order was shipped, so this is a USPS delivery issue outside of our control. We’d really appreciate the chance to help resolve it. Terribly packaged. Didn’t win what I drew, which is fine. However, I was sent non-holo common cards that were all damaged. Why bother sending anything at all? Lesson learned. Lol lets break this down.

Then “non holos all damaged” ….im sorry that we didnt have luck on pulling your cards but there’s no need to lie and say our packaging isn’t done correctly to hurt a new channel. It’s been done the same way for smaller and larger orders than yours since we started a month ago and if you want to see just look at every single one of the 190+ reviews weve gotten that say we package well.
