The order never arrived, yet I’m being given the runaround instead of a resolution. Tracking is inaccurate, the post office has no record of the package, and no one is taking responsibility.
As a paying customer, I should not have to chase down a missing package myself. The lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. At this point, it feels like nothing is being done on their end to correct the situation.
Extremely disappointed. I would not purchase from this seller again.
