Item arrived at post office on Jan 30th. Seller stated on Jan 22nd she had issues with her internet, and could not find boxes at the post office yet she shipped my item in a poly bag 14 days later. Disappointing experience as it took the seller 14 days to package and drop off the my package at the post office. Yet the USPS is not to blame since it took 5 days for my package to arrive after it had been dropped off at the post office. Hello! Thanks for your review! Yes our internet was out☺️ Post office was closed due to MLK day. The following day post office was out of boxes. When I go through many orders I label them and package them. After packed, the order was picked up by post office, not dropped off as you stated. I deal with many orders and do not keep track of who is getting a bag or a box. We are in TN so we also got the bad ice storm which also delayed your package. Sorry for the experience but most of the problem I had was with the post office. Once the post office receives the item, it is out of my control on when you receive it.
