Ingredients (4 servings):
½ cup unsalted butter
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
Pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla
Powdered sugar & berries for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins.
Melt butter & chocolate together; stir until smooth. Cool slightly.
Whisk eggs, yolks, sugar & vanilla until pale & thick (2-3 min). Fold in chocolate mixture, then flour & salt.
Divide batter into ramekins. Bake 12-14 min until edges set but centers jiggle.
Let rest 1 min, invert onto plates. Dust with powdered sugar & serve immediately with fresh berries or ice cream.
Tips: Do not overbake! Centers should be gooey. Prep ahead & bake when ready. Pure decadence in under 30 min. So cool!
