Reviews (3,769)Disappointed that the seller refused to answer messages, but was able to get refund from WN for the second half of my order that was never sent. When I originally contacted her regarding more than 10 missing items, she spun a story about caring for her sick dad and I said it was fine, just get them out to me by Mon-Tues of the following week. By Thurs or Fri, I messaged again. She mailed out the good ears but kept all the "floor" items and didn't send my giveaway either. She made a big deal in the show about trading in multiple generic ears for various small totes so she could continue selling without having to buy more ears. I made it clear in the chat that I wanted the generic ears for my own crafting inventory. Whatnot had to refund me close to $100 because she didn't answer them either regarding the missing items . These all came so we were good for this order Disappointed that you choice to ignore my messages when there was a issue Awesome show! The gifts are an added bonus to a great show! I highly recommend watching it!
