They are the absolute sweetest plushies and I could tell by the way they were packaged and arrived that she takes great pride and care in the quality of her items, the packaging, shipping and the goal of having happy buyers in the end. The plushies I received are gifts for family members and I was very touched by the sweet handwritten note that she included in my package. The sincerity of the note was heartwarming and I hope she knows how much that meant to me.
