I only ordered from them once and I had to request a refund because I was sure they must have forgotten about me after 2 ish weeks after ordering and plants were still not shipped! I ordered during the bad winter storm where they did say they would ship after the storm! I also bought heat packs for the plants too! About 2 weeks after the storm there was still no tracking number and I messaged them and heard nothing! I requested for a refund and was approved! that very next day they messaged back🤬 stating they would be shipping out soon! Well here’s where my bad review comes from! I won a givvy for a sticker! I received a sticker over a month later and along with it a dead 1 inch stick/twig in a ziplock bag! No label or anything! I literally can not figure out what the stick could have been! It actually completely dried up and crunchy dead! That honestly just sad! 0/10 do not buy or waste your time! Very very late in shipping ! Heat pack was played out and my plants were in poor condition upon arrival. Soil bone dry and they were so so wilted. I was worried about them but some extra care they are doing ok. But really they should have arrived healthy ! Will not buy from this seller again. Truly disappointed and not even because my 5 plants were dead but because the 6th plant wasn’t even in the box. It took 3 weeks to be delivered (I understand the weather) but they shipped them after the bad weather. That tells me these plants were not cared for after purchasing. I will not be purchasing from them again solely off the fact they kept one of the plants I purchased and I waited 3 weeks for dead plants. Everything arrived well packed! Thank you 🙏 A couple are sad after their trip to my house but I think they will be fine. All items were packed well Wonderful starter plants ❤️❤️ Very thoughtful givvy thank you all plants arrived in terrible condition. seller won't refund. or replace, doesn't seem to care. Really nice plants !! Will order again in future thanks so much.. love it! excited to see it grow and find out what it is. 😁 Thank you so much. Love my new friends.. All plants arrived dead !! Very Lil packing material. plants were not secured in box at all !! 😔😤 unfortunately because of the weather and temperatures it was delayed and showed up dead but its the thought that counts. thank you Clipping froze so was dead a little disappointed there's no roots on the hoya Great plants! love my Crassula MoonGlow! My aloe an givy cutting didn't make it throw the cold my fault didn't get winter protection. and got suck at post office all Sunday an monday was holiday. -pensacola Very Happy with my Purchase! We had very minor travel wear on my babies and all were still very healthy! Some were for my Mother and we were both ecstatic with their arrival!
