I asked for a refund on 1 item because the sweeter was stretched out and buttons falling off. I only got a partial refund. that's never happened before. I won't be going back to this seller. Hi Michelle, we’re sorry the sweater did not meet your expectations. We do want to clarify the refund for anyone reading this review. You purchased six items, and we refunded 100% of the amount you paid for the sweater. The only amount not refunded was shipping, as shipping was paid for the shipment containing all six items and would have been incurred regardless of the one item being refunded. Refunding the entire transaction amount associated with the purchase would have effectively provided free shipping on the remaining five items. We did and happily processed a FULL refund. Plz reconsider AWESOME QUALITY!!! Love this show.
