I appreciate your support more than you know. Thank you for choosing to shop with me! 🫶 Very strange experience. I simply asked whether she had any additional S items. My question was ignored multiple times, despite the room being small with a slow moving chat, and she was responding to all other comments. When she finally responded, she moved extremely close to the camera, made exaggerated faces, & repeatedly rolled her eyes for 2 minutes, as though asking about a size was offensive. Her reaction was odd & unnecessary. She then dismissively said she would eventually show the smalls & said “be patient,” followed by, “You know the saying—you can’t get bees without honey.” Very ironic because I wasn’t rude. I was trying to continue shopping + buy more. I asked a perfectly reasonable question, but after being treated that way, I had no desire to spend another dime. There is no reason to be rude or condescending to someone supporting your business. The interaction was uncomfortable & unprofessional. Treat customers how you want to be treated. Stay classy. 💵 = good everywhereAvery, you were not ignored. You repeatedly spammed the chat about XS/S items, and I addressed you several times. I also have screenshots and screen recordings showing exactly how the interaction occurred. You also called my volunteer moderators rude because you weren’t getting immediate one-on-one attention. A live sale is not a private styling appointment. I do offer those — at an hourly rate. Your version of events is certainly creative, but fortunately, I have receipts.

Not only is that against whatnots terms of service, it reflects on how this seller treats her potential customers. What else is she cutting corners with? I love boutique but would never ever purchase from this seller. Buyer beware. The giveaway description clearly stated, “Yes, the giveaway is literally stickers,” and the category was listed as STICKERS. You received exactly what the giveaway advertised: a sticker. Nothing was misrepresented, substituted, or withheld. Therefore, no, I did not violate Whatnot’s Terms of Service by sending the item that was clearly listed.
Calling me a “cheap seller” and questioning how I treat customers because you received exactly what you entered to win is misleading. I’m always happy to address a legitimate concern, but the giveaway was accurately described from the start. The t-shirts are great quality, but I was a little disappointed with the band tee bundle. I expected to see more than just two bands included.Hi! I just wanted to clarify that this was sold as a Graphic Tee Bundle, not a Band Tee Bundle. The title and description never state it contains only band tees. During the live you attended, I showed around 20 examples of possible designs and mentioned Ford, Bronco, Playboy, Nirvana, Johnny Cash, and more. The bundles were always intended to be a mix of graphic tees, so the items you received matched what was advertised. I strive to represent my products accurately and wanted to clarify further.
