I can guarantee your package was sent and confirmed delivered through USPS website. I have never had an issue with delivery’s so I couldn’t be sure as to why yours wouldn’t come in out of all of the packages shipped. If it truly never came in, why was there not a claim made with whatnot? Seems odd to me. Contact support for further assistance please.
