Can we say it one more time FREE! Was mailed in a non tracked envelope, like all items shipped in an envelope are. Sometimes these mark as delivered prior to them being delivered. It very clearly says in the tracking it can take up to 15 days, mind you it shipped 5 days ago. But I’m glad you felt the need to leave a bad review on something I cant control and again was FREE! Great plants! Fast shipper! Love my air plant in shell! Thanx for extra goodies! You run a great show!! Love the plants so much! Can’t wait to plant the mystery seed packs I love your shows! received my palm... when it arrived it was dead...dried up, all brown, nothing like the picture... packaging was good ...Hi there, thanks for your review. Like all plant sellers I unfortunately cannot control delays due to USPS. Your package shipped priority and unfortunately significantly surpassed that shipping time. Regardless, had you reached out 2 weeks ago when you received the plant, and sent some photos I would have made it right :) Super happy with my order!
