I won two Loungefly bags in a previous live show, one being a grail item, and never received my packages. Due to a refund I was unable to leave a review . I contacted the post office directly and was told that while the shipping manifest was scanned, the individual packages were not scanned into the system. Mine was not the only missing package — there were at least two other buyers affected as well.
What bothered me most was the seller’s lack of concern or effort in resolving the situation. Shipping issues can happen, but communication, empathy, and accountability toward buyers matter. I would have appreciated much more professionalism regarding missing high-value items. Tysm Karen, i sure am going to miss you, hope to get to see you again.
