The streamer said I could swap colors of the yeti bag if I spun a purple or pink color before I bid. I purchased for a golf outing so any girly colors are useless. I asked for any different color and shipper assured me they “upgraded” me to the red color. Sure enough, PURPLE bag arrives. Shipper offered me to keep the bag but wanted me to pay $10 extra to send out another bag which consisted of buying a $1 + $9 shipping label from their shop that they conveniently had already in their shop. (Felt scammy) so I said I don’t feel comfortable doing that and asked if they can put the red bag up for $1 + ship instead, and I’d buy so whatnot knows what I intend to purchase, just in case I got shipped empty box of air. Seller ghosted me and now I am stuck with this color. Could I take the risk and pay $10 to get a second bag? Sure. I find it hard to believe they are just giving away $100+ bags.. second time purchasing from the YETI live. can’t stress enough how kind seller was in making sure all items arrived! USPS caused shipping delays, not sellers fault whatsoever. appreciate the seller going above and beyond! thank you so much for further enabling my YETI obsession. amazing items ❤️ Thank you guys, such an awesome show.
