Seller sold me a sterling silver ring as 10K - I contacted them to try to find a resolution and they told me the ring was tested by a jeweler and that they would not be able to help me in anyway because their jeweler said it was 10k … the ring was 100% sterling silver and not 10K which you can clearly see on the acid test - I even sent a photo of the acid test to the seller - buyer beware - she also sold my wife two rings that were completely misshaped and basically scrap - don’t sell gold unless you know how to properly test your items Excellent handbag.
