The smell of smoke cigarette was overwhelming when I open the box I had to take it outside to out and the packing of item the handles were bent to put it into the previous used box wish I had not purchased this I am sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. If you had contacted me I would have worked with you. The box was not dirty when it was shipped and the handles were definitely not bent. I buy from auctions, estate sales, and yard sales. I did not smell a smoke odor. I do however list in my show notes that I have no way of knowing if something comes from a pet free or smoke free home. thank you so much ch Kathy!You are welcome.
