Thanks for your review. I have never claimed anything to be brand new, I always state in my lives that these are pre-loved items unless of course they are new with tags. If the jumper states it’s a size 10 then that is the size I will say if it comes up small or large that’s not my fault. I simply state what I know. As for the smell I can’t help if you have bundles of items and the clothing smell rubs off on each item again something that can’t be helped. I wish you had messaged directly rather than leaving a poor review. Have a great day :) always quality from my favourite family in Whatnot Just opened my delivery, and I am so very pleased.
