This seller was super kind during the show and shipping was quick. Everything was also packaged really well. I was just taken slightly by surprise by the long rip in the Monsters Inc. look & find on one page. The description mentioned the pages were in great condition, minimal wear. And it wasn't mentioned in the callouts. My only other issue was the Little People lift a flap book had marker all throughout the book on the inside pages. Thankfully it all came off with a wipe & paper towel. But it was a bit of a surprise. Other than than those two things every thing was as expected. Overall pleased with my purchase just those 2 little things. Hi there, very sorry to hear that the 2 books did not meet expectations. Typically my buyers message me photos, and I refund them or honor an in-store coupon (their choice). I certainly would’ve been happy to do the same.
