Reviews (131)BUYER BEWARE!! I wish I had read the reviews before wasting my money. After waiting too long to receive my box I knew it didn't look complete. I watched the whole show over and confirmed 13 items were missing (7 pairs of Jean's, 1 pair of pants and 5 shirts). However, she was kind enough to replace them with 3 items that belonged to another buyer named Georgia. When I contacted her she said my items were mailed in a 2nd box, however there was no 2nd tracking number and she wasn't able to provide me with one. I do believe my items were in another box, some other buyer''s box! I can't understand why a seller this unorganized is still on Whatnot. She doesn't even try to right her wrongs...just quits responding. I asked her how she was going to get Georgia's items to her that were in my box but no response to that either! It's clear from her reviews that thus is her regular practice...can't understand why she hasn't tried to improve her skills after screwing up so many times... I ordered from this seller on 8/20 & didn’t arrive until 9/16. Nothing that I ordered was in the package. I hate to give negative feedback but I hope it helps be more intentional with selling on this app. Buyer BEWARE. Shipping took several weeks. Contacted seller several times and she just said items were shipped but USPS website said label was created but they were waiting for the package. That status didn’t change for a couple of weeks. Finally received my package and it was a completely different order with a bunch of clothes I did not order. There was also a half empty bottle of styling crème! Contacted Seller again to advise of wrong order, sent picture of items received and still no response. I tried working with seller but obviously she’s not interested in providing good customer service. First bad experience on WhatNot. 😢 It could have been a positive review, but it turned out NEGATIVE. Seller surprised me with a “free preloved scarf”. It brought a smile to someone like me who didn’t expect anything other than those items I actually paid for. BUT‼️ BUT‼️ BUT‼️ she “forgot” to include 3 items from my purchase. I was kind enough to reach out to her first before escalating the concern to Whatnot Support (I honestly regret that part) she responded on my message and promised me to send those missing items.. i waited..waited..waited.. eventually got impatient and sent her a message for follow up.. and SHE GHOSTED ME. Got no response from her since then. SOOO DISAPPOINTED‼️‼️‼️ My purchased was packaged very well ! fast delivery and exactly what I wanted definitely will buy from again awesome deals! thank you! Thanks so much!✨ very much appreciated.💗 Great low prices for sure but seeing the other reviews definitely make sense, I believe I received everything but there was two items that I don't remember buying and they had large holes in them, in conditions that you wouldn't even donate for free. Almost everything had alot of wash wear that isn't noticeable in the Live but still usable I guess. Thank you! 💕 Loved all the items! First time purchase , ordered dry shampoo and there was nothing inside sprayed once and nothing was left . Not ordering again. BUYER BEWARE!!!! After waiting almost a week the seller sent me wrong products she advised me she was sending out my items that day. After just conversating with her and asking questions she blocked me. I work hard for my money and for it to be taken is not right I would have been fine with just getting a refund and honestly would have left 5 stars Seriously not right and I hope whatnot sees her reviews of others this has happened to. Was supposed to be a black xxl ac/dc sweatshirt. Received entirely different item than I purchased, a small gray hoodie and it had a gross sticky stain on it. Seller kept saying during show their sticker "numbers were off" and obviously didn't care to play back show to ensure they packed the right items. so nice and packaging was great Amazing seller. love her!!
