Fingers crossed Succulents arriving wilted is usually a sign of temporary dehydration, which is a normal survival response to transit. Because they were kept dry to prevent rot, they consumed their own water stores, causing the leaves to lose their firmness. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address your concerns directly.
