For clarification, you requested a refund after Australia Post confirmed delivery of your orders. I provided tracking details and photographic proof of delivery, which were also submitted to Whatnot. Despite these circumstances, I still approved your refund request.
It is therefore disappointing to see accusations of dishonesty when the available evidence confirms delivery. Had you contacted me directly regarding your concerns, I would have been more than happy to discuss the matter professionally.

Normally I would leave a comment like this slide and I would refuse to stoop down on your level. However your review did not include any mentions of how many time I have provided updates and how I have been at Australia Post almost every day to follow up! Also how Australia Post handles the shipping turn around is out my control! You said I blamed it on other hosts? When and who? Also why skip the part where you have been harassing and threatening not just myself but my family even messaged me outside of this platform?? I have not received any correspondence from Whatnot at all Package took a bit longer than usual to arrive but all items are in great condition. I’m genuinely sorry your order took so long to arrive, and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, standard postage delivery times are outside my control, as this was not sent via Express Post. I did, however, follow up with Australia Post daily and provided updates during my live shows regarding orders and posting delays especially during the first couple of weeks because of some mishaps with the postage..I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
