I purchased 3 pairs of nails. One pair of Lynn nails was not thick and broke easily when I did the snap test. I reached out to seller and she said I should reach out to whatnot with the matter. The other two pairs of nails were thick and no issues. When you received all items are in perfect condition. The thickness is how the nails are made each are different as we all know. The type of pressure applied on your snap test I can’t say but according to your message they are extremely harsh. As mentioned before all nails arrived to you intact! Did tell you to reach out for a refund to what it for the $3 you paid for each. nails are absolutely stunning and came quickly My girl always got the fire sets Amazing packaging and quick shipping! I messaged seller to tell her that one of my nail sets I ordered is missing from my package. She says she will check and finally checks after consistently having to remind her. Seller says she can’t find them and she sends me a picture of a different size of the same nails I had ordered. I request if I can have those ones instead and she tells me she will hold them off for her next live to add on when I make another purchase. Very unprofessional asking me purchase something else to cover the shipping costs when she’s the one who made the mistake of losing one of my items. As discussed in message. I am very particular to making sure all items are in order. By chance it can happen but I been very vigilantly about this these last shows. I offered possible alternatives and you rejected all solutions given.
