One Christmas-themed kit contained a Pokémon bead instead of a Christmas bead, and another kit included two large beads that weren’t drilled, making them unusable. I contacted the seller the next day, sent photos, and was told replacement beads would be sent. It’s now been nine days with no replacements. I reached out to the seller first with no resolution so I had to reach out to Whatnot. I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to using these kits.
