I thought I was ordering the necklace as well and she even confirmed it in her live that I would be getting it and then for it to show up as just one suitcase and a written note that she couldn’t find it. I am completely upset that she did not message me at all about it or anything. everything was as described and here and im very happy with it. ^-^ Didn't receive the order for 3 weeks . Wouldn't respond to messages and didn't send my full order. Loved all my dolls thank you so much! Took quite awhile for the package to get shipped. Like I bought on the 2nd, and it got shipped out almost 2 weeks past that. I understand things happen sometimes but some communication would be nice as once I had ordered before and the seller accidentally shipped it to someone else, they never reached out to me to fix it but the person who received my item reached out to me to try to fix it bc they remembered me buying it/my name was on the bag. Over all a good seller very sweet, very entertaining lives, good prices, i just wish there was more communication when somethings not going as planned.
