I limited who I do business with on this platform after this experience. The whatnot guarantee has limits. After that limit is reached forget the guarantee. Just hope your stuff arrives as purchased. I’m not sure why you chose to deduct from my score due to a package arriving destroyed. As stated in our messages, once the box leaves my possession I do not have control over what happens. The box was lined in bubble wrap and there was additional bubble wrap around all of the pops plus additional items for extra padding. I told you I was sorry it arrived that way and told you to report it to WhatNot. As a seller I package extremely well. Whatnot will not process refunds if you submit too many refund requests and your account is no longer in good standing because of that. Package never arrived and seller was not worried about it. Said it’s out of her hands.This review is preposterous and my response to you was extremely detailed. I told you to wait a couple of days to see if it was incorrectly scanned and showed up. I also recommended that you contact USPS directly because they can pinpoint where it was delivered and you can report the package as missing. Then I told you if that was unsuccessful to reach out to WhatNot to report the package as missing. I have no control over the package once it leaves my hands. You said “ok, thank you” and I heard nothing more.
