I had won a 30th celebrations ETB but when my package arrived I had only received a single pack. I initially flagged the shipping photo as it was only a bubble mailer, then I reached out to whatnot, and finally messaged the seller. I didn’t get a response. I messaged again and was responded to. He immediately apologized and said he would make it right by sending the ETB and a couple extras for the inconvenience. However, when the second package arrived it was only an ETB. Now, I am grateful they were able to send me what I won, but I was still anticipating the extras to make up for the error. 😩 He stated the packers were new. This review isn’t meant to hurt, just highlight my first-time experience with this seller, over my first purchase. I would rather receive a package late and it be 100% accurate and safe, than to receive a package quickly and be missing the product I won/was promised. Just small advice moving forward.
