Thanks so much! One oversized vintage cartoon book was crammed into a box that was smaller than the book, requiring it to be curled up and the edges bent to fit in the box. The book was bent down underneath some other heavy books, which squished it. It was already old, and starting to show a little wear, so it should have been protected from further damage with proper packaging. I would like a refund on that book. The rest of my order came as described, but with only 1 little piece of bubble wrap in the bottom of the box. Strength of cardboard box used didn't match weight of the books, and the box was busted on 2 corners.
