I have supported & have purchased a lot from Kendra/KFearly; (just wanting to show support) but unfortunately, this bag fell way short of the mark; I can’t resell unfortunately & I am extremely disappointed(smell was fine by the way😉; has NOTHING to do with the smell fairly warned about) There is no way this was postal damage- Outside of bags should not “melt like”& paint remold into the shape of the strap that was pushing against. Yes, I spoke with the seller & no offer for return. I would have suggested a return in order to kept a returning customer over $17!! I’ve been happy with everything else; I guess you can’t win them all! Oh well! Another customer will take my place! Good Luck!With all due respect, you reached out to me but never mentioned wanting a refund. You said a few times you wanted to make me aware and I told you that when the package left my possession and went with USPS that it was in the exact condition that I explained & showed during the show. Yes, you have been a returning customer and I appreciate your business but my knee jerk reaction is not to offer a return. I let you know that it could have gotten wet, too hot, or just all around beat up while going through usps because nothing on the bag was sticky when I packaged it and it left my possession.
