Pretty sure this was supposed to come in a bubble mailer but it came PWE, then the one card was completely beat, mod play at best and no mention while biddingI’m very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your order! These are $1 starts so the condition does vary, I don’t typically have any beat cards in my decks tho, it is possible one slipped by. I only ship in bubble mailers when purchases of $20 or more are made as I do everything out of pocket! Your order was under 10!$ and you won 2 giveaways that included 2 pika costume cards and 2 Christmas non TCG cards that were pretty cool! I ship in penny sleeves and taped between two toploaders for protection, which I feel is well packaged! Not the fastest shipping but everything was received, well packaged and I got it cheap.
