FYI WN did see the video to verify my product was not stretched and it was in very good condition… And for anyone else who reads reviews I am publicly putting this out there 40oz designs which was what she got are differently designed way different then 20oz designs due to the designs to come in such a bigger width and height.. But people who block sellers without resolving is not a good buyer in the business I got my cups today and my extra bottoms and straws.
