This has happened more than once, there needs to be some type of quality control. They have some good items, but you just never know what condition they are in until you receive. Love these!!! The only thing of note is I was expecting there to be a USB-C cable with it and it did not have one. Just the bag, the headphones, manual, warranty sheet, and what looks like a headphone jack cord. Great price for a brand new keyboard, thank you!
