I mentioned that, but didn’t think to cancel. Thought maybe I might like the bag, but I hate it and now I have to try to sell it. She turned off the light to show it, and the thing looks much worse in light. Thought I should just inquire about a return and she said she can’t do that. However, a few reviews down she certainly offered somebody else to give them a refund just cause they didn’t like a man bag they bought smh! I decided to ask for a refund because the MCM bag I ordered next, the Crossbody holder was cut off on one side and she didn’t mention that and the side of the bag had a cut from that as well ruining the stitching and completely cutting through the leather. Too bad we can’t post pictures. I wasn’t upset until I read a review where she simply offered a refund for the other customer and not for me. That is rude.You asked me to cancel because your phone somehow bid on its own, you said it was a glitch. I told you to cancel and you didn’t!! once you received the bag and posted the bag on your page and noticed that you were not gonna be able to sell it as fast as you thought, this is when you asked for a refund! I’m sorry things aren’t going as fast as you would like, but I definitely offered you to cancel!
