Thank you so much!! $120 order, reached out to seller like they ask you too, to fix errors before contacting whatnot so I did, I didn’t get my free people socks I purchased, this is where the problem comes in if you trust the seller and reach out to them and give them time to respond and they don’t respond so therefore you contact Whatnot and they explained that you’re out of the claims timeframe to file for refund, I will forever give seller 24 hrs and then contact customer support. Was probably just a simple error but the only one that loses is the customer who is out the money and no product. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I read all my messages and don’t know how I could have missed this one. I don’t know I have the same free people socks you ordered but I am certainly willing to send you a different pair and an extra one for the trouble you went through.
