I received only one of my items as promised, however the second item in my order was missing multiple pieces; I reached out to the seller directly and waited the proposed amount of time as indicated by whatnot customer support and was ignored, I then reached to whatnot support for a partial refund as items were missing from order. The seller reached back out well over a week later stating that they block buyers that go through the app support system, staring “nothing personal” but not before dangling that they were going to ship out extras but forget about that now and blocking me from responding or reaching out to explain it was not a full refund but a partial one, and even then it wouldnt completely cover the cost of the items missing! It is not a good look and leaves a very bad impression, future buyers beware seller blames the buyer for their own mistakes. Great shirt!! Love it!!
