The seller claims it was sent regular mail. No way to track it. I’ve never got anything on whatnot through regular mail. Especially at a 100 dollar value. Who sends 100 dollar prizes without tracking it! There’s no way to prove it was even sent and instead of making it right. The seller kept saying they would make it right and three weeks have went by. Nothing has been done. After two weeks of back and forth I said I would report this and they basically said do what you got to do. I don’t think they had any intentions of doing anything. I don’t think they ever mailed anything in the first place. They should not be allowed to offer prizes if they won’t honor the game. I’ve received every purchase and givvie except this one. Sat through the whole raid train, won a big givvie and got nothing in the end. This action shows theirs ethics. Be careful. You win, your prize will get lost too. They deserve no stars for no prize.I tried communicating with you for a week after you messaged stating you never received it. I was going to figure out another 100 to send because I did send it via mail. I send every single giveaway and order. When the messages started getting rude and you mentioned other sellers, I told you to do what you want to do. I can only do so much. Have a great day!
