I reached out through social media and on the platform multiple times for clarification and never received a response.
When the boxes arrived, my daughter and I were genuinely disappointed by the contents. Instead of the quality items we expected, we received what appeared to be inexpensive filler items, including a treasure chest squishy, a used plastic Hello Kitty Easter cup, a fat quarter of fabric, and Hello Kitty napkins. It’s unfortunate that I can’t upload photos with this review, as they would accurately show what was received. Based on my experience, I would encourage buyers to ask detailed questions before purchasing.This product was clearly listed and purchased as a Mystery Scoop, meaning the contents are intentionally a surprise. Customers who prefer to know exactly what they're receiving may be better served by non-mystery listings. The value of the items included exceeded the discounted price paid. While we understand that personal preferences vary, that does not change the quality, authenticity, or value of what was received.
