Can you please send us a message with a picture of the card and allow us to see what you're referring to. As you know we don't have any control if cards are off center, that is how they come from the print. Didn’t get itHello, we are showing that the card was delivered in the back office. We are hearing from multiple people that when you log in it shows delivered but then it doesn't show up for a day or two. As you know our job as a seller is to ship the card out which we did and have confirmation. Unfortunately once it goes to the post office we have no control on what happens from the post office to your house. If you do not receive the card in the next couple of days contact your local post office and see if they are holding the card and or contact what not. Awesome cards! Good packaging w/ fast shipping.
