Responsible good vibes though The charm didn’t fit on the rope I bought and they request that you reach out to them prior to leaving a negative review, however, I did that (reach out) and their solution was to alter the charm to make it bigger and then put it on the rope, then make it small again.
I have big hands, so messing with jewelry is difficult enough. Not thrilled with the solution. Wow…I not only sent you a series of still pictures step by step to show you this 30 sec process to put a separate chain you bought on a pendant that already came with a chain. That wasn’t good enough, so then I shoot a video for you explaining how to do this and show you that you aren’t even using your fingers for this process, and this is the review I get? The description of the chain that came with the pendant was available to you as well as I said the width and length whole running it. You choose to buy a bigger chain to go with it and it’s my fault?
