Reviews (970)Ordered two batches of books. This batch arrived, although packaging wasn’t great and when delivered there was a large gap in the bottom of the packaging in which you could see the books. Thankfully there was no delivery damage, although one of the blank covers had a rip, like a gouge, on the cover which was evidently there when shipped.
Seller took weeks to dispatch, and I had to write on several occasions to prompt delivery. The second batch of books never arrived and appear to have been delivered to a different address in the US, and because of delays by seller, I was outside window to report to whatnot. Poor experience all round. Bought two batches of books at the same time that were dispatched in two bundles. Took the seller weeks to dispatch the bundles and this ate into my time to report any issues. The first batch arrived. The second batch never arrived, tracking said it was delivered to somewhere in USA (I am in UK) and I was well beyond the window to report the matter to whatnot because of the initial delays by seller. So basically I paid for a shipment of books that never arrived and whatnot will not help now. Amazing fist slab and give win !! Thank you so much 😊 A great experience all around!
