They came in mint conditions, exactly what I saw on screen. The tiny wood vintage furniture is so precious. Her hand made resin items is perfect for my little story tale scenes. It came in a bubbler mail package but miss lady wrapped them so well, it all arrived safely. I feel like, if she did one of those egg drop experiments she would get A++. I can only imagine how they traveled here by postal service and they still came home safely. Although I would recommend using a box for future shipments.
She put antique doll furniture in polymailer bag. And came all broken! Will never buy from her again! I apologize and take responsibility for the furniture arriving damaged, as shipping conditions can sometimes be harsh despite careful packaging. However, after discussing the situation privately, I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue and believed we had reached a solution. The situation became difficult to continue resolving once I was informed the original items had been thrown away and unrelated items were offered to be returned in place of the original furniture. Returning different items than what was originally purchased is against platform policy and has been documented. Sweetest toy seller!! I love my lps babiesss ty !!! Thanks for such a fun charm bundle! sellers only rating lower than a 5 is 4.5 considering tht i’d like to respectfully move past this with class/maturity by doing the same. however seems as though said person gave a rate upfront then was taken seriously in a reply from seller informing her tht she was welcome to freebies in a future live.. BUT when i send a dm explaining good feedback (no rating yet) along with one minor side note just asking a simple question i get sent “as for clothes” (which is all i got btw) “all imperfections will always be pointed out first”..(leading us to my question) “did u kno about this single item tht is in my bundle was falling apart cause if so there was no recollection of u warning me before purchase” basically gaslit me on how the pics showed the back of the jacket when it didn’t. should have payed more attention. HONEST not a big deal if i’d missed sumthing , it was jus uncalled 4 plus confusing 2 immediately block me w/out allowing me 2 respond when i hadn’t said/done anything negative?Unfortunately you were blocked due to claiming that i was hiding callouts on the barbie clothes when i had sent multiple picture of them then you started to get upset with me that it had seemed like i said certain things would be added in and mistakes it as a freebie. My maymei showed up with her card! She’s in good condition and is so cute!! Thank you again! absolutely love my purchase.
