Reviews (240)I reached out to the seller privately after receiving my order because several of the items I purchased had stains that were not disclosed during the live sale. I was trying to be supportive of this seller and purchased more than 10 items, but over half of them arrived with stains, and the entire package smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.
I have never requested a refund or left a negative review for a seller before. My intention was simply to let her know about the undisclosed stains so she could be aware for future sales. Instead of acknowledging my concerns, she was rude and claimed that I had agreed to purchase stained items. That is not true. I am willing to buy items with flaws if they are clearly and accurately disclosed beforehand.
After our conversation, I went back and watched each of my video receipts, and none of these items were identified as having stains or other flaws. I would not have left this review if the situation had been handled politely.This statement is very untrue. You came to me asking for me to refund you but did not provide proof of stains on all of your items you said had stains. My home is a smoke free home so unsure where the “cigarette smells” come from. You wanted me to personally refund you for items. I put in my notes every show that there may be a call out i missed but would never intentionally sell you something i know is stained. You may have took my message as rude because i told you to contact support and that you could send the clothes back to get a personal refund if that’s what you wanted. It was a fun show. Just a heads up though, even if your win is small the shipping is high to contribute to whoever wins the lounge fly bag. My reusable grocery bag was placed in a very thing large plastic envelope. I am thankful no rips happened during the mail journey.Hello , your reusable bag was placed in a plastic shipping bag because it is small and unlikely to be damaged.
